Blade Usage Guide
-
If you have once per week:
- While you can get 5+ shaves out of each blade, for hygiene, we still recommend changing your blade at least every other week
- You'll probably go through ~ 30 blades per year
-
If you shave 2-3 times per week:
- You can easily use a blade a week or stretch it to a blade every two weeks. When you feel it start to pull, swap out your blade.
- You'll probably go through 30-60 blades per year
-
If you shave daily:
- Unless your hair is thin, you'll probably be going through at least a blade a week
- You could certainly stretch it further, but we'd recommend somewhere around 50-75 blades per year.
- Of course, if you want the best shave possible, use a new blade with every shave.
We strongly recommend you start with a 30-pack of blades and experiment with what feels right to you.
