Your shaving routine
Most daily shavers land between 5–7. Some shave twice a day.
A OneBlade razor is built to last a lifetime — the comparison changes drastically over time.

How We Got These Numbers
CARTRIDGE COSTS
The average retail price for a 5-blade premium cartridge razor (Gillette Fusion5, Schick Hydro 5) bought 8-at-a-time is ~$4.50. Buy them one-pack-at-a-time at the drugstore and the real number is closer to $6.
CARTRIDGES LAST ~6 SHAVES
That's the manufacturer estimate. Most dermatologists recommend swapping every 5–7 shaves or once the glide strip wears down. Heavier beards burn through them faster.
OUR HiCarbon BLADES
We sell our HiCarbon blades for $39.95 for 100 blades = $0.40 each. Each blade is engineered to last roughly 5 shaves.
COVERAGE IMPACT
A bigger shave area wears blades faster. We adjust blade life downward proportionally — full face uses 1× blades, body shavers (head, legs or even thick beard) uses ~1.4×.
