Order Processing Time

We process and ship orders Monday-Friday, and our warehouse team observes standard US national holidays.

Provided all items are in stock, orders placed before noon Eastern Time (EST) are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will ship within the next two business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75 USD.
  • Orders under $75 USD will have shipping calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

International Shipping:

  • We ship to most countries worldwide unless there is armed conflict in the region, with the exclusion of:
    • The Russian Federation
    • Japan
    • Singapore
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
  • Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise stated at checkout. We partner with Passport Global for DDP shipping into many countries but some do not have this option.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.

Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Customs clearance processes
  • Weather conditions or carrier service disruptions
  • Geopolitical events

For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
