ONEBLADE RETURN POLICY


60 days to find the perfect shave

We love our products and we certainly think that you will too. We stand by the claim that we've developed the best razor on this planet. But if you’re not satisfied with your razor and our support team can’t get you that perfect shave within 60 days of your delivery, return it and we’ll refund your order.

To submit a return, please review these terms, then follow the instructions at the bottom of the page.

Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of your order date. Razors must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new, working condition.

Shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping costs are deducted from the customer's refund, unless the customer ships their return with their own shipping label.

NOTE: Customers outside the USA are asked to label their return parcel with their order number (ONBL-____) and provide their own return shipping to: OneBlade Returns, 5738 Eagle Dr SE, Suite B, Grand Rapids, Michigan, 49512, USA.

Blades and skincare products (shaving cream, after shave balm, etc) are not eligible for return for refund once the packaging has been opened and the seal is broken.

Automatic refill (subscription) customers are notified via email five (5) days prior to their refill order processing and shipping. Cancelations must be made at least 24 hours before the date of the scheduled refill order to avoid processing/shipping. Unwanted refill orders may be returned for refund after delivery, by submitting a return below.

Except in the event of order error or manufacturing defect, all sales are final for Engraved and Refurbished razors.

Refunds will be issued 5-7 days after returns are checked into our warehouse. Once a refund is issued it could take a further 5-10 business days for the funds to show in the customer's account.
