Orders are processed and shipped out on weekdays, in the order they are received. Orders placed before 2pm EST are shipped out by the end of the following business day. Orders with Expedited Shipping will be prioritized over those with Standard Shipping. Example: if an order is placed 3pm EST on a Friday, that order will ship the following Tuesday.

Delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout.

If an item is back-ordered we will be sure to note the delay in the fulfillment of your order on the product page. If we're not confident we can fulfill your order for a back-ordered item in a timely manner, the item will be marked as out of stock on our site.

Transit times listed at checkout begin after the shipment has left our warehouse.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

OneBlade checkout transit times offer a broad window in which a delivery should take place. If a carrier (FedEx or USPS) tracking page on an order gives an earlier estimated delivery date and then the package is delayed but is still within our originally provided delivery window, we will wait to provide a replacement order until 5 business days after that window has passed.

Where can I get a discount?

It definitely varies from one person to next! Average OneBlade customers get 2-3 shaves per Feather FHS blade, which translates to about $0.25 per shave on a OneBlade refill plan.

There are several factors that affect how long a blade will last:
How dense your hair is (hairs per square inch)
How thick your hairs are (thickness of each strand)
Whether or not you wash before shaving (to soften the hair)
How big of an area you shave (your face? whole head? just underarms or legs?)
How often you shave
Factors #1-4 all affect how much the blade edge is getting worn down per shave. Hair density, thickness and coarseness all vary greatly between individuals. More hairs per square inch, thicker hairs, and more wiry (as opposed to soft) hairs will dull the blade faster. Research has shown that typical facial hair on men can be as rigid as a hollow copper wire of the same thickness. The hollowness of facial hair allows for absorption of water, which helps to soften the hairs. Washing your face or showering before every shave will soften your hairs for a more comfortable shave as well as give you more use out of your blade. 

Factor #5 has to do with how much time the blade is exposed to oxidation over its lifespan. The very first shave with a Feather FHS-10 blade begins to wear on the protective platinum and PTFE coating which allows for a slow oxidation process on the steel. More time to oxidize means more dulling. If one person shaves every day, they might get 5 comfortable shaves. If another person with similar facial hair only shaves once a week, their fourth and fifth shaves are going to be far less enjoyable due to the blade sitting out four and weeks by then.
